About the role

You will be responsible for recruiting, retaining and developing the regional in-house fundraising team to generate new regular givers, with the strongest lifetime value to the British Red Cross. This is a key area of growth for the organisation - these donors will go on to give approaching GBP 2 million which will allow us to continue our work helping people in crisis.

Please note that a full UK driving licence is essential in this post, as the post holder will be expected to travel within the local area.

About the team
