IT Senior Service and Change Coordinator
Location: Moorgate, London
Contract type: Permanent
Hours per week: 35
Salary: Circa GBP 45,000 per annum DOE (including ILW)


We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Senior Service and Change Coordinator to join our IT and Service Delivery team in a pivotal role based at our UK head office.

About the role

As Senior Service and Change Coordinator you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the service performance and quality for all IT Services supported. You will also be responsible for change and release management activities, technical project management and quality and service improvements across the whole of the I&DT directorate.

About the team
Reporting to the Service Transition Manager, the role sits within the Information and Digital Technology (I&DT) function which is responsible for the Technology - both IT and Digital - across the organisation. It has a budget of approximately 9 million pounds and many suppliers. Supplier management and a good handle on where and how project and BAU budget is being spent are critical to ensure that we are providing good value for money.

About the person
A current IT professional with broad cross industry experience in a similar role and with an ITIL foundation qualification as a minimum, the successful candidate must have:

  • A proven track record of successfully managing IT Service Management tasks across technical teams of similar scale, complexity and based over a wide national demographic.
  • A track record of successfully coordinating or managing ITSM service activities.
  • Experience of Information Governance and Information Security best practice.
  • Customer service/ service desk training preferable.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 7/ Office 2010 and Outlook 2013/ Exchange.
