We have an exciting new job opportunity for a Property Management Surveyor to join our small team and play a vital role in the day to day property management of the British Heart Foundation's Retail portfolio, which supports our ambitious expansion plans.

In this role you'll use your energy and tenacity to deliver results by managing a varied workload. This will include resolving property management issues, challenging service charge and insurance costs, reviewing lease obligations and dilapidations.

About you

You'll be qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) or have extensive experience in a similar role dealing with commercial property management. With strong commercial property experience, preferably in the retail sector, you'll have a good knowledge of legislation applicable to Health and Safety and Fire Regulations.

You'll have excellent communication skills and be a great team player who's able to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and the external market to meet our key business objectives.
