We're recruiting for a Head of Account Management as maternity cover to lead our National Corporate Account Management team at the British Heart Foundation (BHF).

About the role

As Head of Account Management, your job will be to manage and lead a world class team of four, driving growth to maximise income and brand reach to support our ability to fund lifesaving research by 25% over the next 5 years.

Working with colleagues from across the organisation you'll develop and deliver a successful strategy to build a diverse portfolio of long term, high-value, and industry admired partnerships with organisations that not only deliver income and engagement, but that also directly contribute to the achievement of the organisation's charitable aims.

This portfolio includes our new five year strategic partnership with Tesco, Cancer Research UK and Diabetes UK.

About you

With a proven track record of leading a team that supports and drives 6 and 7 figure corporate partnerships including employee engagement, commercial and strategic partnerships, you'll have in-depth experience of strategic planning and budget setting.

You'll also have significant experience of working with corporate business leader's at the most senior level, as well as proven experience of meeting and exceeding team income targets.
