We're looking for an experienced Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing and Engagement team. You'll deliver a range of structured reporting and insightful analysis which will lead to improved decision making for British Heart Foundation (BHF) teams. You'll also be responsible for managing and delivering the central source of analysis that result in a better understanding of customer behaviour.
About you
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with computing and statistics modules, or with equivalent work experience. With excellent knowledge of generating complex statistical information for strategy review and interpreting results appropriately you'll have a proven track record and experience of the use and manipulation of data structures within a relational database management system.
Advanced in MS Office suites especially Excel and data analysis packages such as SPSS, R or equivalent you'll have previous experience within a Database Marketing department or team. You will also have experience in building propensity models and applying them using different data sources.
With excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills, you'll be able to communicate statistical or technical findings in an easy to understand manner.
