We are recruiting for a Feedback Coordinator to join our Customer Service Centre. This role is an important role that enables feedback to become actions. As an organisation we capture all feedback information and use it to drive forward continuous improvement. As Feedback Coordinator, you'll coordinate feedback responses across the BHF, ensuring consistent and accurate reporting and enabling swift complaint resolution in accordance with the BHF Complaints, Compliments and Comments Policy.

About you

We are looking for a candidate who is highly organised and proactive, with the ability to multi-task. The successful candidate will have a calm and solution-focussed outlook and analytical approach, with the ability to work to a deadline and across multiple internal and external stakeholders.

With excellent communication skills, you'll be able to build successful relationships and effectively deal with feedback, both positive and negative. Previous experience in a customer focused role and previous experience in responding to enquiries is essential, along with experience using Microsoft Office software. Strong literacy and numeracy skills and accurate attention to detail are also essential.
