We are looking for a talented marketing and brand professional to join us as our new Head of Marketing, Healthcare Innovation (HI) to develop our marketing led strategies and annual marketing plans to support the achievement of our Healthcare Innovation directorate KPIs.
About the role
You will lead and manage our marketing team that develop and execute marketing programmes across traditional and digital channels from briefing to concept development, market research, production, implementation and evaluation.
Overseeing the HI marketing budgets across the team, supporting and/or leading any steering and working groups, you will ensure best practice data management is applied effectively and play a leadership role with teams across Marketing & Engagement to ensure Healthcare Innovation marketing programmes are coordinated across all channels.
About you
As an innovative and creative individual you will ensure the brand provides a platform for Healthcare Innovation to engage with BHF audiences.
To be successful in this role you will have an IDM/CIM or similar marketing qualification as well as demonstrable experience of developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
With direct marketing experience including acquisition and customer retention as well as experience of building and managing a team of marketers, you will be will be extremely organised with excellent attention to detail and be able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with ease.
You'll have excellent collaborative skills, able to build and develop strong working relationships with Brand & Planning teams to ensure Healthcare Innovation marketing activity works effectively alongside the charity's overall marketing plans and the BHF brand proposition.
