The Fundraising Excellence & Innovation team is a new team within the Fundraising Directorate. The team is responsible for the following cross-Directorate activities: transformational innovation, delivery of strategic projects as diverse as the Fundraising product portfolio analysis and establishing an improved framework for supporter journey management, implementing more effective and efficient processes, and ensuring compliance with industry legislation and codes of practice.

We are looking to recruit a Team Executive to support the team to help deliver our team's objectives.

You'll work on coordinating the development and delivery of regular cross-Fundraising communication, including feedback surveys where you will collate responses, analyse results and suggest improvements. You'll also be responsible for updating materials as required. Providing general administrative support, you will assist with booking travel, coordinating meetings and will manage the team site on SharePoint.

About you

To be successful in the role you'll have strong MS Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel. With excellent attention to detail you'll administer, track and report on team budgets. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to build successful working relationships across the organisation.

An understanding of Fundraising within the charity sector will be beneficial, however a positive team player with a willingness to learn and contribute to raising money to save lives is invaluable.

If you're looking to join a forward thinking growing team, that is beneficial in our fight to end heartbreak forever we would love to hear from you.
