As the Health & Safety Coordinator you'll play a vital role in supporting this important cultural change programme by assisting the H&S Team to set-up and maintain the key systems and processes required to underpin the BHF's safety management arrangements.

About you


You'll have strong administration experience, with the ability to support at a senior level. With previous experience coordinating activities within teams and experience of actively following up actions and delivery to ensure skills and working practice are embedded you'll have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to deal with a variety of internal & external stakeholders. Strong time management, being highly organised and proficient with MS Office is essential.

The successful applicant will hold or be willing to achieve a qualification in general Health and Safety management, e.g. NEBOSH Certificate or NVQ3 in Safety and hold or be willing to attain Associate Member status of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health.
