About the role

We are recruiting for a Corporate Application Services Analyst for SharePoint to form part of a customer focussed team delivering excellent first class corporate applications support to our colleagues and customers.

You will have a key responsibility for administering, supporting and enhancing the use, understanding and effectiveness of SharePoint across the whole of the organisation. Working within the ITIL framework you will drive the continued improvement of services ensuring agreed SLA's are adhered to.

About you

The successful candidate will be proactive and able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail. You will apply sound administration, technical knowledge and service delivery expertise to our customers. With strong team building skills you'll continue the ongoing support of end-users and the development of our Sharepoint application into a world class solution for the BHF.
