About the role
This is an exciting role for an experienced Partnerships Manager to deliver and grow key partnerships both existing and new, in line with an ambitious Corporate Partnerships strategy focused on retention, growth and development.
The role is focussed on managing a diverse portfolio of Strategic, Caused Related Marketing and Charity of the Year partners. You will be responsible for devising and implementing creative, profitable fundraising campaigns with businesses, engaging their employees and customers, monitoring progress and evaluating impact. You'll also work alongside the Partnership Specialist responsible for managing our strategic and sector leading partnership with the UK's largest retailer.
About you
To be successful in this position, you'll have a broad account management, charity or B2B business background, excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a proven track record of achieving income against targets.
You will be driven and have excellent organisation skills with the ability to work on your own or within a team.
With good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint you will also have previous experience of using databases (ideally OneCRM) and knowledge of recording and reporting.
