About the role

The Mass Participation team develops and manages national fundraising events and activities, such as Wear It. Beat It. DECHOX and MyMarathon. We are looking to recruit a Senior Fundraising Executive within the team to support the Mass Participation Project Manager.

You will work on implementing our current activities and play an active role in developing our future suite of activities. The overall purpose of the Senior Mass Participation Executive is to support the Project Manager in achieving agreed objectives and KPIs that relate to our activities plan.

In addition you will take the lead on agreed projects; managing them from planning, through to delivery and evaluation. You will act as the project lead, managing internal and external stakeholders to deliver the projects to agreed KPIs.

About you

The successful candidate will have project management experience within the charity sector, specifically within the context of marketing, fundraising campaigns and/or fundraising events.

You'll have a strong understanding of fundraising and supporter motivations and be able to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders quickly. You will have previous experience of marketing across all media including ATL, print, press, digital advertising and social media as well as experience of managing substantial projects on your own from start to finish.

With excellent communication skills, you'll feel confident liaising with external customers and supporters. You will be well organised with the ability to work to tight & changeable deadlines. You will also have working knowledge and experience of using databases and analysing and reporting on data.
