Role summary 

Following a complete review of our brand strategy, the British Heart Foundation is embarking on a major change programme to introduce a new brand proposition. This will help us grow our supporter base and enable us to engage with supporters in a more emotional way. 

Forming the basis for strategic thinking, product and proposition development across the organisation this will significantly impact much of what we currently do.

As our Brand Strategy Change Programme Manager you will proactively manage performance whilst reviewing and updating our draft programme plan, ensuring it is fit for purpose and is kept up-to-date. You will also work collaboratively with project managers to provide support both to produce individual project plans and to deliver the individual projects.

Skills and experience

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programmes through to completion, in a large organisation setting. 

Your stakeholder engagement skills will be second to none and you will have experience of managing budgets ensuring high quality service delivery, supporting the needs of stakeholders while ensuring delivery against the central strategy.

With strategic perspective and the ability to keep overall objectives and strategies at the forefront, you will be able to manage you own workload effectively prioritise tasks, possessing an enthusiastic, positive, can-do attitude.

Ideally with Prince 2 or equivalent project management training you will have excellent communication skills, able to build and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
