About the role

The British Heart Foundation (BHF) has launched a programme to deliver a new retail management system for our entire retail business, including high street stores and online shopping.

To help us successfully deliver this programme we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Analyst to lead on the data migration planning, execution and testing, as well as contribute to business process redesign, user test planning, communication and planning training.

You'll work closely with business colleagues and suppliers to better understand our current retail data, including finance, stock and customer data, map current data against new system data structure and conduct gap analyses. You will also plan and deliver the work required to ensure seamless data migration to our new system, as well as integration of data with other line of business applications, e.g. Sun Finance and BBEC Fundraising.

About you

The successful candidate will be proactive and have experience of working on large business change initiatives in the retail sector. With  extensive experience of data mapping and data migration activities, you will have knowledge of modern methodologies, systems and architectures. As well as being excellent at developing business processes you will have demonstrable experience working on Waterfall and Agile development projects with multiple stakeholders.

With excellent communication skills you will be able to build strong working relationships with key project stakeholders, ensuring they are kept up to date with progress to meet key deadlines.

This is an opportunity to make a profound and tangible difference within BHF and bring a wealth of expertise and experience to bear on the critical and most key operational functions to be truly world class in nature and stature.

In exchange for your passion, skills and dedication BHF offers a great benefits package, including flexible hours, and a fantastic team environment.

How to apply
