We are now looking for a Senior Programme Manager to join us on a full-time basis for a nine-month maternity cover contract.

The Role
As a Senior Programme Manager, you will lead the delivery of a high-quality career development programme for creative freelancers and entrepreneurs aged 18-30.
Specifically, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Inflexion Workspace and develop strategic initiatives that enhance Roundhouse's broader creative offerings. Based within the Roundhouse Works building, the workspace offers a unique coworking space for young freelances and creative entrepreneurs to build their businesses and portfolios.
You will support young people from diverse backgrounds to gain meaningful and sustained employment in the creative industries.
About You
To be considered as a Senior Programme Manager, you will need:
- Proven experience as a programming or operations manager
- Experience working with creative freelancers and entrepreneurs
- The ability to take a strategic lead in delivering impactful programmes
- A strong understanding of youth self-employment and entrepreneurship
- The ability to develop and evaluate learning outcomes effectively
You will also need a current and acceptable enhanced DBS check due to the nature of the role
