Reporting to:                           Line Manager nominated by the CNTC Management Committee
Responsible to:                       CNTC Management Committee

 
Main duties and responsibilities include:
Management of the CNTC office and general administration
Liaison with members, tenants and leaseholders, including liaison regarding rent payments and arrears
Procurement of maintenance services and office equipment
Organization of maintenance specifications, quotes and contractors’ work
Follow-up on maintenance work including completion and satisfaction forms, and invoicing
Maintain contractor list including regular updating of formal documentation
Servicing the management committee including preparation of administration and maintenance reports and support for any complaints management
Maintain all safety, data protection and data management procedures
Responding appropriately to any tenant or leaseholder concerns or complaints

Salary and Main Conditions of Service
 
·       The salary for this position will be (at current rates) £32,076 to £33.945 pro rata per annum. This is matched to Grade SO1 of the salary scales for local authority officers.
 
·       Annual Leave is 25 days pro rata (5 working weeks), plus statutory days (bank holidays)
 
·       You will be automatically entered into a pension scheme, with the option to opt out.
 
·       This post is permanent and part-time (20 hours per week).
 
·       All offers of appointment are subject to CNTC receiving satisfactory references, medical & DBS clearance.
 
·       All posts at CNTC are subject to reasonable adjustment under the Equalities Act (2010).
·       All appointments at CNTC are subject to a probationary period.
