Salary: £39,717* per annum *you will start at their entry point salary of £39,717 per annum, increasing to £42,199 after 6 months service and satisfactory performance and to £44,681 after a further 6 months.

About this job

Please note this is a fixed term contract until 28 February 2025.

You’ll lead on volunteering best practice across the organisation, ensuring their volunteer infrastructure is robust and dynamic, enabling their volunteer projects and teams to support the MS community, whilst providing their volunteers with a rewarding experience.

They’re going through a period of transformation at the charity and require a strategic and adaptable individual who is experienced in supporting volunteers and volunteer managers through change.

There are key areas of work to focus on, including developing volunteer journeys to align with transformation and ensuring their volunteers are supported throughout their time with the charity. You’ll also be supporting the development of new volunteering policies, practices and strategy, as well as developing new volunteer roles throughout the organisation.
