About the Employer

The organisation is a federated charity consisting of a central national office and 178 geographically dispersed local  organisations, all working together under the same identity.

The charity recognises that being a parent has never been easy. Every volunteer is trained to work alongside parents to overcome the challenges they are facing. The organisation works with parents to build on their strengths and give them the support that they need. The charity offers no judgement – just compassionate, confidential help and expert support. This peer-to-peer support is key to the difference the charity makes and often their volunteers have lived experience of the challenges their families are facing themselves.

About The Role

You will be responsible for the build, testing and sending of all supporter journeys and campaigns across different channels. You will combine the ability to manage the technical side of maintaining the charity CRM system to ensure records are up-to-date and correct, while also building automated supporter email journeys.

Closing date for applications: Tuesday 2nd July at 5pm.
Interviews to be held virtually Wednesday 10th July.
