I’m working with a well-respected Independent Boy’s School in Hammersmith, to find their new Head of Marketing and Communications. This is the perfect opportunity if you are an ideas-led person, looking to join a fast-moving, innovative school where you can build on your experience in the Independent School sector.

You will join a unique organisation who value marketing and communications and have a creative, sophisticated approach to reaching more pupils and parents. Reporting to the Director of Development and Communications, you will deliver outstanding communications and public relations strategies for the school. You will foster excellent relationships, both internally and externally and will work closely with staff across the organisation and manage a team of two.

This is a great time to join the school, working alongside the new Head of Admissions, you will shape the look of the new strategy, especially through online channels. You will conceptualise, execute and drive brand campaigns and online content, and align their junior and senior school’s communications.

I’d love to hear from you, if you have the following experience:

-          Experience working for an Independent School, and within a busy admissions team

-          Line management and leadership skills

-          A fantastic copywriter and proof-reader

-          Understanding of how social media tools can enhance a communications strategy

-          Strong IT skills, working with CMS and E-mail marketing systems

-          An enthusiastic and positive attitude

Salary £60,000 plus benefits including 25 days holiday, and additional Christmas closure

Full-time, permanent role.

Location- SW13, London- Accessible from Hammersmith and Barnes. Parking is available.

Office based: 4 days a week in the office, with 1 flexible day from home.
