Age UK Enfield are looking for a Finance Director to take the lead for the financial performance management of the organisation, managing the function operationally, strategically and in relationships with stakeholders, along with taking responsibility for the Company Secretary requirements.

The job holder will work closely with the CEO and Trustee Treasurer with responsibility to the Finance and Audit sub-committee, as well as being a key member of the Senior Management Team.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with experience of the UK charity or not for profit sector, with advanced knowledge of SORP and charity law. You will have robust technical skills and a proactive approach with a proven ability to focus on solutions. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, able to motivate your team and build rapport with a range of people across the organisation.

The post is primarily office based, with some home working.

This will be a fantastic opportunity to join a small local charity and make a valuable difference to people living in the London Borough of Enfield.
