Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the charity uniting people to stop cystic fibrosis (CF). We fund vital research, improve care, speak out and race towards effective treatments for all. Cystic Fibrosis Trust is here to make sure everyone with cystic fibrosis can live without limits.

As Senior Individual Giving Officer you will play a key role in developing and delivering the Individual Giving programme in order to support the wide-ranging work of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust for the CF community.   You will be responsible for raising unrestricted income from individuals, employing a range of direct marketing techniques and fundraising products to recruit, engage and retain supporters.  This is a hands-on campaign management role with plenty of potential to design and implement your own strategies for income growth, creating insight-led targeting and bringing to life the varied work of the Trust to produce the most effective and engaging cases for support.

The right candidate will have a broad range and experience of direct marketing skills and techniques.  We’re looking for proven, demonstrable fundraising and marketing success and experience of delivering campaign improvements through the successful application of data analysis and insight. You should be a creative and logical thinker with an eye for detail, a good communicator and able to take the initiative.

We also offer a range of benefits, flexible working, plus opportunities for learning and development.

Closing date for completed applications is 4pm on Friday 8 March
First round interviews (via MS Teams) expected w/c 11 March

We will be reviewing and shortlisting applications on a rolling basis and reserve the right to commence interviews earlier and to close the application process sooner if a suitable candidate is found.

Please note that you will need to have the right to work in the UK before starting work for us and we will check this.
