The Role

As a Project Support Officer, you’ll assist our team in delivering support and services to community organisation across London and the South of England.

Specifically, working with community groups of all sizes and other agencies, such as local authorities, you will support community and customer engagement, help plan events, research tasks and digital communications, as well as producing reports and case studies.

You will also deliver development support packages to community organisations, alongside engaging with our members, liaising with partners, and provide administrative support.

Additionally, you will:

- Support team colleagues in bidding for work
- Support our membership by listening to members' needs, utilising their experience, skills and knowledge
- Liaise with external partners to support Locality projects
- Support with the administration of internal systems

About You

To be considered as a Project Support Officer, you will need:

- Experience working in a support role within a team
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in the use of digital tools
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
