Harris Hill is delighted to be working with Bromley based charity to recruit a new Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation in the next stage of its development.

The charity is an award-winning, innovative, self-funded charity working with disabled people, families and carers. We are based in the London Borough of Bromley and have been around since 1951.

The charity’s continuous action on behalf of disabled people, their parents and carers, is based on the principle that disabled people have a right to live like others in the community and to have a reasonable quality of life.

We provide a wide range of services and activities for disabled people of all ages, and their parents and carers. We deliver our services across our 5 buildings and local community bases. We also campaign on issues of interest which impact the lives of disabled people.

 

Job title: Chief Executive Officer

Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 p.a.

Hours: 37.5 per week / full time

Place of work: Rutland House, 44 Masons Hill, Bromley, Kent, BR2 9JG. Hybrid/flexible working is an option

Benefits: 5% matched pension contribution, 33 days annual leave inclusive of Bank Holidays plus additional days for long service, car/cycle parking space and flexible working arrangements.
