PROJECT MANAGER (HRIS)
Location: Homebased or Head Office based in Maidenhead, with the option of hybrid working
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: circa £50,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience
Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week

About this Role and You
In this project critical role, initially you will be responsible for managing the HRIS Project team to deliver our new global Human Resources Information System (Cornerstone) across 30 countries and over 1300 employees. You will be organised, collaborative, an excellent communicator, able to solve problems and act with integrity and transparency. You will ensure project scope is delivered, the budget managed and time scales met. You will also make sure Project Management and Corporate governance processes are followed.
To be successful within this position you will have previous experience of delivering a complex, high-profile project, ideally in either IT, Human Capital Management or other HR information systems. You will be familiar and confident in applying project methodology, ideally experienced using both waterfall and agile methodologies. You will hold either a Prince 2 or APM Qualification or a relevant equivalent.
As a strong and resilient leader with excellent stakeholder management capabilities, you will also be skilled at undertaking critical problem analysis and resolution around risk and issues management. Attention to detail, commitment to quality and a sound grasp of cost control principles to ensure project remains within budget are also required.
