Citizens Advice East End provides information, advice and advocacy services in the London Boroughs of Hackney, Newham & Tower Hamlets.   

We're looking to recruit a Services Manager.

This is a key position to ensure that East End Citizens Advice meets the changing advice needs of our clients in the London Boroughs of Hackney, Newham & Tower Hamlets. 

The successful candidate will have experience of managing advice services across a range of locations & remotely, good IT skills, high quality communication & people skills and experience of dealing with external partners.

All staff are entitled to join the auto enrolment pension scheme with employer contributions of 3% of gross salary and the employee contributions of 5% before tax relief.
