​Marine Society & Sea Cadets (MSSC) is the leading maritime charity for youth development and lifelong learning. ​Britain’s oldest maritime charity, the Marine Society are seeking a creative individual who wants to make a difference to the lives of maritime professionals. You will be a highly effective communicator, numerate with good IT skills and an eye for detail. We are a friendly, values-based organisation offering flexible working and generous benefits. The role is located in central London.

​Key tasks are to:​

  1. Support and develop the range of Marine Society services for maritime professionals and seafarers including training and mentoring programmes.
  2. Assist in providing an effective and efficient bookshop and library service to individuals, ships and maritime organisations
  3. Identify opportunities and promote Learn@Sea courses to potential users and the Coming Ashore programme to seafarers, employers and other potential stakeholders.
