About this job

This is a brilliant opportunity to join their hardworking, creative and supportive Northern Ireland team.

Please note this is a fixed term contract up to 31 March 2024 and is part-time 21 hours per week.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating delivery of a new virtual project at the charity called ROC (Reach Out Connect) MS.

The project’s developed by our community, for our community. With the aim of improving the mental wellbeing and social networks of people with MS who have been identified as the ‘most in need’ across Northern Ireland. And will include online emotional wellbeing, creative and social activities.

The project’s designed so as to enable the charity to scale activity up or down depending on the funding secured.

IT savvy and able to work on your own initiative, you’ll be the project’s first point of contact. 

You’ll be working with delivery partners to maintain activity timetables for participants to access. You’ll have great organisational skills to maintain good project processes including accurate records of progress against targets. 

Supported by their Northern Ireland and wider UK teams, you’ll be working to ensure the successful delivery of the plan. And achieving positive outcomes for people living with MS and reporting to donors. 

You’ll have relevant experience (such as in project management) and be comfortable managing competing priorities as part of a busy team. You’ll have excellent interpersonal and communications skills and a positive can do attitude.

The successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK. If they do offer you employment, you’ll be required to provide documentation to show that you’re eligible to be employed in the UK before starting employment.
