CRM Application Support Team Lead - Development and Alumni Relations Systems (DARS)

We are looking for an experienced applications or database specialist to lead a team to support our growing user community of over 500 staff across 79 sites in building relationships with alumni and donors.

The Application Management team plays a critical role the in the Development and Alumni Relations Systems (DARS) Team by managing all applications built around the central Blackbaud CRM platform. This includes environment management, configuration, functionality, and the user support helpdesk.
