Local Nature Partnership Manager   
Location: Head Office, Gloucester, Gloucestershire, GL4 
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time preferred, although part-time and flexible working options would be considered. Contract: Permanent

The role

The Gloucestershire Local Nature Partnership brings together all those in the county who want to secure nature’s recovery. It includes representatives of all local authorities but also government departments, environmental charities, universities, and local business leaders to address place shaping, the climate crisis, and nature’s recovery. The organisation is already a strong partnership for nature, but they have exciting plans to allow them to achieve so much more together. The organisation is looking for a new Manager for the Gloucestershire Local Nature Partnership who shares their aspirations and is committed to working in partnership with others to deliver them.

The person

Are you experienced at building and facilitating cross-sectorial partnerships and able to mobilise partners in a common cause? Are you highly innovative and pro-active to maximise co-operation among partners? Are you able to interact and communicate with others effectively, demonstrating a high degree of emotional intelligence and understanding of different perspectives?
