We are currently looking for a Community Organisation Development Officer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Community Organisation Development Officer, you will provide tailored organisational support and training to a variety of community organisations and local agencies.

Working within a team of wider specialisms, you will provide expert training in a range of areas to our network of clients. These include, but are not limited to, governance, fundraising, developing community assets and social impact.

You will continuously develop the services and training we provide to build stronger, more resilient community organisations.

About You

To be considered as a Community Organisation Development Officer, you will need:

- Experience of working in, or with, a diverse range of community organisations
- The confidence and ability to deliver training and organisational development activities
- Excellent organisational skills
- Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills

Part-time working will be considered in line with our flexible working policies and we are happy to discuss alternative arrangements.

Initial online interviews will be held on the 11th or 12th of July and final interviews on the 21st or 22nd of July.

Other organisations may call this role Community Development Officer, Community Organisation Development Co-ordinator, Community Development Co-ordinator, Community Services Advisor, Community Officer.
