We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Service Operations Manager to join our Leadership Team.  The job role is to lead a team of Service Delivery Managers to achieve a cohesive approach to service delivery, ensuring that outcomes and key performance indicators are achieved, expectations are well managed and managers are supported to lead their teams.

The role

The purpose of the role is to effectively lead a team of managers to deliver high quality, cohesive advice services to clients, ensuring that targets and outcomes are achieved and expectations are well managed. Reporting to the Head of Services and Development, the post holder will support the executive team as well as the wider leadership teams to ensure that our Vision and Action Plan is implemented and that all staff and volunteers feel like they are contributing towards that vision.

The role is focused on ensuring that Citizens Advice County Durham maintains an excellent high quality service to its clients, hitting all relevant targets and bringing delivery in line with budgetary limits, through the effective leadership of service delivery managers.

The role requires frequent engagement with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, so the willingness to ‘get stuck in’ is essential!
