Calling all Grants Case Workers, are you an experienced Grants Case Worker looking for your next opportunity?
I am delighted to be working with an amazing education support charity in search of an experienced part-time (3-day week) Grants Case Worker on a 3-month FTC.

Responsibilities:
Assessing grant applications, ensuring they meet Education Support’s criteria
Assisting applicants, when required, with completion of their application form and dealing with any queries relating to grants criteria and types of assistance on offer
Chasing applicants for outstanding details
Signposting applicants to other funders, and organisations
Highlighting the free counselling helpline
Encouraging applicants to share their stories and complete feedback surveys

Experience/skills required:
Experience in grants administration and casework
Excellent administration skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent IT skills
Experience of working in a team
Experience of using Salesforce (desirable)
Experience of working in the third sector (desirable)
