This charity has been providing accommodation and support to homeless men and women for over 50 years. They have an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Project Worker supporting people living in their supported housing service.

Salary: £23,676 - £25,968
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

If you’re passionate about supporting people, then your natural drive and guidance could be the catalyst for somebody’s next big housing break through. As part of a small team based at their city centre office, you will work with residents housed in their accommodation to provide support to those experiencing homelessness.

As a Project Worker, it is your duty to guide their residents through the homelessness pathway with tasks such as liaising with other agencies, 1 to 1 support sessions, helping residents to increase their skillset and move on from homelessness and into independence.

The post includes; 25 days’ annual leave (rising to 30), regular supervision, continuous professional development and an opportunity to learn, develop and shape an exciting role.
