Job Details
I’m thrilled to be partnering with National Autistic Society, to help find their Head of PR and Social Media, to develop the charity’s media and social media profile and promote the organisation’s services, campaigns and values through these channels.
With the ability to visit the London office, you will bring your knowledge of the UK media landscape, knowledge of social media landscape, knowledge of reputational management and crisis management. You will also have experience of managing a press office at a national organisation. You will work with senior stakeholders and lead a team of 4 who are dotted around the UK.
As part of a newly formed communications and engagement department, this role is paramount to the organisation’s success, and your press contacts and network in London will be key. However, the team will support build your contacts specific to the health, science and autism. You will be strategically minded and be excited to work closely with the Head of Communications and Engagement to help take this new team forwards.
This is a full-time, permanent role
Location- Flexible, ideally London based, or able to visit London regularly.
Salary £45,000- £50,000
