Our client is the national fundraising charity for art. They believe that art can make you see, think and feel differently, and through their work they help make art more accessible to as many visitors as possible, wherever they are. They give grants to help museums and galleries acquire works of art for their collections, share them with wide audiences, and support the training and professional development of curators. They are supported by their growing membership of 130,000 through the National Art Pass, as well as the generosity of many trusts, foundations and other individuals.

As Programme Coordinator you'll support the Programmes team and the delivery of their annual grant-making programmes through the assessment of applications, day-to-day delivery and management of casework and related administration across their grant making portfolio. Working with the Senior Programmes Managers, you will take ownership of specific projects as required, make improvements to programmes and systems, updating and maintaining relevant databases and records, and forging excellent working relationships with applicants and partners. You'll also take a proactive lead on improving internal communications regarding the Programme to internal and external stakeholders.

• Pensions - Eligible employees are enrolled into the scheme with the exception of those who have contracts of three months or less. The employer contributes 8% of the basic annual salary during the first six months of employment or until probation is successfully completed, whichever is the later. At that point the contribution is increased to 10%.
