We now have an exciting opportunity for a Community Assistant to join the team.

Position: Community Assistant

Location: Enfield

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £19,904 plus £4000 London Allowance

Contract: Permanent

Closing Date: 20th June 2022

The difference you’ll make

As a case worker you will report to the manager of the service and as you develop and grow in the role you will become responsible for:

 

  • Completing a support plans and risk assessments with individuals, communicating responsibilities and next steps
  • Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and property manager
  • Report repairs
  • Assist with move on
  • Maintaining regular contact with individuals, building a trusting, open and honest relationship
  • Ensuring all data is recorded and updated on systems
  • Working collaboratively with our local authority partners
  • Providing information and support to ensure individuals can maintain their independence
