When a child is diagnosed with cancer life becomes full of fear, for them and their family. Fear of treatment, but also of families being torn apart, overwhelming money worries, of having nowhere to turn, no one to talk to.

The Role
As Voice and Engagement Manager at Young Lives vs Cancer you will be a key part of the Policy, Influencing and Voice Team responsible for enabling Young Lives vs Cancer to shape the system with and for young cancer patients and their families. You will enable young cancer patients and their families to have a stronger voice outside the organisation, giving them the power to them to amplify their voice and make positive changes.
Young Lives vs Cancer is open to and in support of flexible working. We are currently defining our approach to hybrid working. Your flexibility requirements and that of the role will be discussed at interview stage with you.
This role falls under the home-based category. This role is home-based and can be based anywhere in the UK with occasional / regular visits to Young Lives vs Cancer workplaces.
