Resettlement Project Manager

Are you an experienced manager with expertise in refugee resettlement and integration?

Migration Yorkshire manages the regional refugee resettlement programme for the Yorkshire and Humber region which include the UK resettlement scheme (UKRS), Afghan citizens resettlement scheme (ACRS) and Afghan Relocation and Assistance programme (ARAP), and future schemes which may be implemented to resettle refugees in the UK. We recruiting to a new role to lead and develop our work.

You’ll need:

  • experience of operational management of a complex multi-partner project
  • significant knowledge of the experiences, needs and issues of new refugees
  • ability to provide clear and strong leadership and motivate others
  • experience of working with a wide range of organisations at senior level including local authorities.

This role requires a manager with expertise in refugee resettlement and integration, to lead and develop partnerships, inspiring confidence and further developing the quality and reputation of Yorkshire and Humber as a region of resettlement.
Migration Yorkshire works with national government, local government, and others to ensure that Yorkshire and Humber can deal with, and benefit from, migration. Migration Yorkshire is hosted by Leeds City Council.
