Position Title: Project Assistant - Lambeth Early Action Partnership
Location: Lambeth, London (This charity promotes a flexible way of working. Other benefits include guaranteed pay increases every year up to third year anniversary and 30 days holiday plus bank holiday [and an additional 3 days leave for Christmas org-wide shut down]).
Status: Full time, Permanent
Salary: £22,758 per annum

In 2014, they partnered with Lambeth to successfully bid to become one of five ‘A Better Start’ sites across the country, a ten year programme focusing on improving Early Childhood Development outcomes, funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.
The role will provide support to the Early Action Partnership team, which supports local areas in Lambeth that covers Stockwell to Myatt’s Field, down through North Brixton to the top of Tulse Hill. This project aims to support pregnant women and families with young children through a range of services, and is currently in its eighth year.
They are looking for a professional, capable and motivated Project Assistant to become part of their team, supporting colleagues through a range of tasks that will contribute to the efficient delivery of the programme.
The tasks will assist programme delivery, including: sourcing and setting-up venues or virtual platforms for training or meetings; taking minutes for meetings with clear actions; coordinating meetings across the Partnership; supporting team members in sourcing resources and helping to prepare for training events; ensuring the Partnership office space complies with Health and Safety policies.
This employer is a learning organisation, and as such the candidates will be give opportunities to attend training sessions that help staff and the broader workforce to better understand Early Childhood Development, as well as a range of training opportunities through its host organisation.
