Service Delivery Manager
Hours: Fulltime - 34 hours a week spread across five days
Location: The Creative Living Centre, 1A Rector Lane, Prestwich, M25 1BP. Office based with flexibility to work at home one day a week
Salary: £29,243 per annum, £31,824 (FTE)
Terms: 2-year contract with strong possibility of extension
About the Role:
To ensure the effective and efficient delivery of our mental health support services, including operational model, quality standards, planning, record keeping, project management and staff supervision.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our senior leadership team to support implementation of our new 5-Year Strategy to review and improve our offer, put in place robust systems and processes, and attract long term sustainable funding.

Key Responsibilities:
Service Delivery and Management
- Put in place a robust operational model/support pathway and quality standards.
- Monitor and ensure a good experience and outcomes for users.
- Undertake service development and planning to align with organisational goals and strategy.
- Ensure high quality record keeping and data governance.
- Ensure compliance with legal, quality and funder requirements.
- Manage the effective delivery of individual projects and associated budgets, including funder reporting.
- Line manage staff, including appraisals, personal development, training, and HR admin.
- Provide advice and support for staff dealing with service users with complex needs or in crisis.
- Manage the provision of therapy, including waiting lists, allocation to service users, quarterly meetings with therapists and reporting on placement councillors.
- Act as safeguarding lead.
- Provide visible leadership that upholds our mission and values.
- Deputise for the Chief Officer when needed.
- Finance support, including providing information on staff payable hours to the payroll journal, managing petty cash, authorising invoices for entry and payment.
- Take appropriate action to address any emerging issues, incidents or complaints.
- Support seamless running of the Centre, including cover for service delivery staff and reception if needed.
