 Third Sector Development Manager – Core Services

As part of Third Sector Support Wales, Flintshire Local Voluntary Council has the privilege of representing the amazing difference that voluntary and community activity makes to all of our lives.  We work with voluntary and community groups and our Statutory Partner organisations to help to develop effective Third Sector support for our local communities.

Would you like to join FLVC’s skilled and dedicated team to support, promote and develop the Third Sector within Flintshire?

If you have

• Experience of working in a Senior role in (or in partnership with) the Third Sector
• More than 2 years’ experience of managing staff
• The skills to develop FLVC’s core services in Flintshire (as part of Third Sector Support Wales)  
• The ability to represent the Third Sector at a Strategic level

If successful in your application, you will work closely with the Chief Officer to ensure the best possible outcomes for our work in supporting voluntary and community activity.  You will manage a team of skilled Development Officers (who each have a focus on one or more of our core areas of work in supporting Volunteering, Good Governance and Sustainable funding).  Your role will be key in ensuring we deliver our services, safely, effectively, and efficiently.
