We are excited to announce that we are hiring HTC Partnership Manager at Citizens Advice County Durham.
Citizens Advice delivers a service called “Help to Claim” which offers end-to-end support to help people make a new Universal Credit claim and be ready for when their first payment arrives.
As part of this, we need to further engage with the local community (defined by the geography of the local Jobcentre Plus District) to establish a strong reach with other organizations who may interact with people who need to claim Universal Credit.
