Systems Accountant

Contract: Fixed Term Contract for 9 months
Hours: Full Time 35 hours per week
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 p/a depending on experience, plus excellent benefits package
Location: London, Farringdon alongside the ability to also work from home

The Role

The successful candidate will work collaboratively across the Institution teams, that impact on the financial workflows, to manage a full review of how our finance department are utilising current systems. The aim being to recommend and support the implementation of more effective, efficient, and automated processes.

The postholder will take a tenacious approach, interrogating and extracting data, to understand variances and deliver a clear outcome of improving the robustness of our financial and administrative procedures.

To be shortlisted for this post, you must have:

- A recognised accountancy or other relevant qualification
- Experience of working in an accountancy environment
- Proven experience of delivering a similar financial systems project

Experience working with a CRM, Dynamics GP and Great Plains software would be advantageous.

Working Conditions:

We are based on the edge of the city, our office is bright, modern and open plan. We are a small and friendly workforce. As we move out of Covid restrictions we are presently operating a working model of office based and remote working and envisage operating a longer-term hybrid working model.
