Partnerships Development Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Development Manager to manage and grow the programmes run by a dynamic start-up Non-Profit Organisation.
You will be working for a Foundation committed to improving social mobility within the digital media Industry. Its aim is to do this by opening routes to employment for talented young people from low to middle income backgrounds, so that they have a fair chance of accessing high quality training, apprenticeships, and jobs.

Location: Fully remote
Hours: Full time or part time
Salary: £45 - £50k per annum depending on experience
Contract: Permanent

The Role
As Partnerships Development Manager you will work closely with the Director and Board of Trustees; this is a diverse and challenging role which will develop strong relationships with delivery partners and coordinate all the programmes and assist with the fundraising ambitions for the charity. As Partnerships Development Manager you will be supported by a strong board made up of key individuals from the Media and Social sectors
Key Duties and responsibilities include:
- Develop, manage, and grow the programmes run by the Foundation
- Work with industry and social enterprise partners
- Report on the progress and impact of the programmes where necessary
- With the support of the board identify relevant opportunities to develop new partnerships and programmes
- Be the lead member of the team for proposal writing and reporting
- To deal effectively, efficiently, and appropriately with donors, prospects, and other stakeholders
- When required represent award-winning digital content agency and media network
About You
As Partnerships Development Manager, you will have knowledge and awareness of personal values and convictions that fit with the business model.
You will also have:
- Experience of donor development, partnership building and overseeing projects OR demonstrate transferable skills and experience from other sectors along with past successes
- Creative and flexible self-starter
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong spoken and written communication skills
- Outstanding organisational and administrative skills
- Proficiency with Google office suite
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Understanding the charitable motivations that underpin the work and a commitment of the charity
