The Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund is the RAF’s leading charity supporting serving and former members of the RAF and their families every day. It’s an exciting time to join the charity as we launch an ambitious new five-year strategy to help drive a change in income, profile, brand awareness, reputation, and impact.

We are looking for an experienced accountant with an interest in systems to join our Finance team. This is a fantastic career opportunity to make a visible contribution to the success of the Finance function and the charity’s work, as we launch our new five-year strategy. We recently implemented a new Finance system- Access Dimensions-  and need someone who will take the lead in developing this tool to improve processes and reporting.

To be suitable for this role, you will be a qualified, performance driven accountant with a proactive, curious and customer focused approach, used to working in a collaborative, business partnering environment. You will have the skills to bring your expertise to bear as you provide support that brings insight and helps with making the best decisions for the RAF Family. You will work flexibly in a busy environment and be able to prioritise deliverables. You will also share the values of our organisation.

The role will be office based at our London HQ, with some remote working.
