£32,937 - £38,457pa

Woking, Surrey GU21 4LL.

This is an amazing opportunity to use your experience in volunteering and employee engagement programmes to build the support we need to save our world. We are the first generation to know we are destroying the world. And we could be the last that can do anything about it. Join us as Partnership Manager and your role will be to engage and inspire one of our key strategic partners and their employees to get involved in saving our planet, before it is too late.

As Partnership Manager you will lead on developing, implementing and managing an employee engagement and corporate volunteering programme with one of our key strategic partners. This will involve building internal and external stakeholder relationships, managing the day-to day delivery of the programme and also working closely with the Senior Partnership Manager to deliver wider partnership activity as requested. Important will be the ability to provide effective monitoring, evaluation and reporting of activities against objectives. You will become the ‘go to’ expert for employee engagement and corporate volunteering within the team too, sharing learnings and best practice to support other managers in the delivery of volunteering and employee engagement with their portfolio of partners.

Of graduate calibre, you must have experience of supporting the successful development of employee engagement and volunteering programmes. This will include expertise in delivering a diverse and creative programme of activities and experiences to increase employee engagement. You will be used to applying best practice principles to volunteer engagement too. You will also have a firm understanding of the corporate sustainability and purpose agenda.

Naturally warm and enthusiastic, you will possess excellent networking, communication and presentation skills. Results driven, you will be the sort of person who is flexible and enjoys a collaborative working style. A background in overseeing corporate partnerships or corporate fundraising would be an advantage.

If you are passionate about making our world a better place through your work, we would love to hear from you. Please visit our website via the link, complete the online registration and submit a copy of your up-to-date CV with the Supporting Statement highlighting what makes you a good fit for us.

Application closing date: 13/02/2022

Every role at WWF is open to applications from all sections of society. We believe in the potential of everyone regardless of; sex, race, religion or belief, ethnic origin, different physical ability, family structure, socio-economics, age, nationality or citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other aspect that makes you, well you.  Here at WWF, we are committed to conscious inclusion that helps cultivate an ethos of belonging, connection and shared purpose.  We believe that the more diverse we are the better we become; this brings us together and empowers us to develop, engage and inspire; and critically to help build a future where people can live in harmony with nature.

Our policies and benefits reflect the importance of people being able to have a good work-life balance and being able to bring their ‘full self’ to work.

Our world needs you like never before. We are the first generation to know we are destroying the world and we could be the last that can do anything about it. We are looking for people who are passionate about making it politically, socially and economically unacceptable to destroy our planet’s natural resources. We need you to join us in the fight for our world.

Company

Best known as the world’s leading conservation body, we’ve seen first-hand how wildlife, the environment and human activity are all interlinked.

That’s why our passion for safeguarding the natural world has to be backed up by other environmental action – tackling the global threat of climate change (through our big global campaigns like Earth Hour) and helping people to change the way they live to ease pressure on natural resources.

WWF is at the heart of global activities in all these areas. We have teams of highly skilled professionals working with governments, businesses and communities here in the UK and around the world.
