Contract: Fixed term
Hours: Part time (28 hours per week)
Salary: £39,118 to £45,196 pro rata, according to experience

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a driven, organised, and experienced senior project management expert, this role will lead high-level project management across the organisation, managing projects that helps to transform children’s lives. It is their ambition to develop training and development offers for all staff at the charity, and to further embed diversity and inclusion across the organisation, engage service users in the design and delivery of their work and maximize positive wellbeing for staff, to help deliver even more impact nationally. The role will continue to grow and manage a robust and effective training programme to nurture talent with a strong focus on scaling a culture of continuous development for all staff, members, and trustees.

You will need to have excellent communication skills, the commitment and drive to deliver against deadlines and a can-do attitude. They would love to see a genuine passion for diversity and inclusion and a readiness for a role that provides an opportunity to proactively seek out new and improved ways of working and embed impactful change across the organisation. You’ll need to demonstrate a confident ability to build relationships and share good practice, as well as the highest quality standards in all aspects of your previous work and a commitment to the mission.
