Are you a self-starter with a passion for empowering young people and levelling the playing field?

An award-winning Education Charity that empower young people through expert-led financial education programmes, are now recruiting for a Regional Partnerships Manager to oversee operations in Scotland.

The organisation can offer a mix of office based working in Glasgow as well as regular home working. They will also consider near full-time applicants.

As the Regional Partnerships Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and developing the relationships needed to effectively deliver existing and new education workshops and programmes for vulnerable young people across Scotland, ensuring integration into Scottish schools, local youth provisions and the local authority landscape. An initial primary objective will be to develop relationships and the infrastructure for an accredited financial literacy programme aimed at preventing youth homelessness. This will involve developing a network of partner organisations to create a pipeline of young people attending the programme.

You will use your leadership skills to manage a team of programme delivery staff including education officers and freelance trainers, ensuring high quality delivery of education workshops and programmes. You'll also be the central point of contact for Scotland internally and externally, managing stakeholders such as local community groups/charities, local authorities and housing associations.

To be considered, you'll have experience of successfully managing projects or programmes in a relevant sector such as education, life skills, youth homeless or financial education. You'll be great with people and have demonstrable experience building excellent relationships and networks. You should also be a confident and passionate team leader, able to support, enthuse and motive a team to meet targets.
