About us:

EAUC is the alliance for sustainability leadership in education. From starting out as a voluntary organisation in 1996, we have grown to represent institutions with over 4.5 million students and nearly 600,000 staff with a spending budget of over £43 billion. We help leaders, academics and other professionals to drive sustainability to the heart of their post-16 education institutions in the UK and internationally. The EAUC is an independent registered charitable company.

We are a home-based organisation and you will receive a monthly payment of £25 per month pro rata based on your FTE. This is to cover additional expenses you will incur during working hours such as heating, lighting and water or additional cost of upgrading broadband provision - which is deemed to be sufficient to cover the cost of the required specification for business use. You will be provided with the necessary equipment you require to perform your role.

We will commit to giving you lots of responsibility to develop your ideas and get things done, and support you to hone your skills for work with the further and higher education and sustainability sectors.

The EAUC is committed to equality and valuing diversity within its workforce and trustees and actively encourages diversity in applications. You can view our Equality and Diversity actions here.

We operate an anonymised recruitment process. All name, ethnicity, age, email address, photos, address are removed by a different member of staff to those that are part of the shortlisting process. We always use equal opportunity forms in our recruitment process.
