Salary:
£25,000 per annum
Working Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term contract for 2 years with possibility of extension.
Location: Flexible between this charity’s central London office and home working.

This organisation recognises the need to increase and enhance routes to professional registration and will therefore be establishing a new Routes to Registration Committee this year.  They are looking to recruit a Registration Coordinator to lead on this exciting new project. Your responsibilities will include setting up and overseeing the running of the Registration Committee. You will also support the administrative work of the Registration and Licensing Team to ensure standards are maintained.

Responsible for administrating the Committee’s programme of work, you will prepare relevant papers for meetings and ensure follow up actions are completed.

You will be required to support the management of registration systems with a particular focus on non-standard routes to professional registration, along with accurately maintaining the Salesforce CRM and other records. Your role will include training and supporting volunteers within the team.

You will need to have experience of supporting the implementation and delivery of projects from end to end with the ability to identify and develop innovative solutions. You will be self-motivated and process driven with excellent communication and MS Office skills.

It would be advantageous to have experience of setting up and running committees or working groups and an interest in science and an understanding of the science workforce.
